Tobi has experience designing workplace handbooks, drafting employment contracts and preparing employee messaging to support companies and their workers. She is also experienced in conducting workplace investigations to identify and address potential liabilities, as well as providing training for company managers and staff on employment law compliance and dispute resolution.

    Tobi's employment and labor experience includes defense of EEOC and administrative charges before federal and state agencies, as well as defense of legal claims in federal and state courts.
