- Counseled Florida water utility client in successful $20 million bond issuance to fund critical infrastructure improvements by coordinating regulatory and local government approvals.

Environmental and Regulatory Permitting
- Represented groundwater district client and its board members in defending $400 million constitutional lawsuit in federal court.
