Phelps Advises Renasant Corporation on $300 Million Subordinated Notes Offering
Phelps advised Renasant Corporation (NYSE: RNST), the parent company of Renasant Bank, in connection with its public offering and sale of $300 million 6.25% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2036.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the potential redemption of certain outstanding subordinated notes.
