    Areas Of Focus
    Labor and EmploymentLitigation

Andrew Albritton builds strong defenses to help employers safeguard against uncertainty. He evaluates risks early and breaks down practical options so HR teams, business leaders and in‑house counsel can make informed employment decisions. When disputes arise, he maps out how each decision could impact potential litigation to prepare clients to handle what may come next.

Andrew equips clients with both a trial-ready litigator and a proactive consultant. His foresight and composure offer clarity on clients’ exposure and keep negotiations calm and productive. When pre-suit resolutions are not an option, Andrew develops persuasive litigation strategies that adapt quickly as cases move forward.

With a practice centered on relationships, Andrew understands the pressure points that come with interpersonal conflict. He balances relational and reputational concerns with clients’ business needs and brings a steady hand to steer them through:

    • Contract interpretation
    • EEOC and LCHR proceedings
    • Employee discipline and termination
    • Employment-related class actions
    • Labor issue arbitrations
    • Title VII, ADA, FLSA and Section 1981 claims
